The Consumer Litigation Group represents businesses in claims arising out of violations of consumer rights, misleading advertising, unfair billing practices, and breaches of contract.  We serve our clients in all Connecticut state and federal courts, tribal courts, and arbitrations. Our firm has a particular focus in handling cases for auto dealerships, though we also serve a diverse range of other businesses.
