Jennifer Cavalier Mozzer

Her colleagues regard Jennifer Cavalier Mozzer as a hard-working, dedicated attorney who strives for the best results for all her clients. Jennifer graduated from Bryant College with a business degree in 1994.  Thereafter, she worked for several years as an insurance claims adjuster for several different insurance companies, dealing directly with claimants, insureds and attorneys. There she developed a skill that would prove valuable in her subsequent legal career as a civil defense attorney.

Jennifer went on to Quinnipiac Law School and immediately joined Nuzzo & Roberts upon graduation, where she has been practicing for over 20 years.  She defends a variety of general liability cases, with her practice focused primarily on motor vehicle accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and premises liability. Jennifer aggressively defends her clients and has achieved excellent results both in and out of court.

One of the factors that makes Nuzzo & Roberts so special is that a great majority of the senior attorneys have spent most of their legal careers at the firm and enjoy a cohesive working relationship.

Jennifer’s passions outside of her professional life center around her family, her two boys and their sports.
